Creating Minds is hiring for the role of Field Sales Executive!

As a Field Sales Executive, you will be responsible for promoting our courses directly to colleges in Bangalore.

Responsibilities of Candidate:

• Visit colleges in Bangalore to promote our corporate training, effectively communicating the benefits and features to prospective students.
• Develop and maintain a strong network of contacts within colleges to generate leads and convert them into enrolled students.
• Deliver compelling presentations in Kannada and English, showcasing the value of our courses to students and key decision-makers in educational institutions.
• Build and nurture relationships with college staff and faculty, ensuring excellent rapport and cooperation to facilitate course promotion.
• Stay updated with trends in the education sector and conduct market research to identify new opportunities and competitive insights.
• Collaborate with internal teams, including marketing and student support, to ensure a smooth enrollment process and post-enrollment assistance.
• Provide accurate and timely reports on sales activities, student feedback, and market intelligence to the management team, contributing to strategic decision-making.
