Power Bi Trainer

Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced and passionate Power BI Trainer to join our team in Bangalore. The ideal candidate will have a robust background in data analytics, exceptional communication skills, and a strong passion for teaching. As a Power BI Trainer, you will lead and deliver high-quality training sessions, develop and update training materials, and support learners in mastering Power BI concepts and techniques.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct comprehensive Power BI training sessions, both online and in-person, for diverse groups of learners.
• Develop and update training materials, including presentations, tutorials, and practice exercises, to ensure content remains current and relevant.
• Provide hands-on support and mentorship to learners, ensuring they understand and can apply the concepts being taught.
• Troubleshoot technical issues that learners may encounter during training sessions.
• Monitor and assess learners’ progress, providing feedback and additional support as needed.
• Stay updated with the latest features and updates in Power BI to ensure the training content remains current and relevant.
• Collaborate with the training team to continuously improve training programs and methodologies.
• Prepare and set up training environments, including software installation and configuration.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Data Science, or a related field.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Power BI, including data modelling, DAX, Power Query, and visualization techniques.
• Previous experience in a training or teaching role, preferably as a lead trainer. (preferring 2-3 years of experience.)
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to explain complex technical concepts in a clear and understandable manner.
• Familiarity with other data visualization tools and technologies is a plus.
• Certification in Power BI or related data analytics tools is an advantage.
